Service
SNADdirect is SNAD’s online ordering portal for physical products distributed in Senegal. Pre-contract information, the cart summary and the sales terms are available before an order is submitted.
Electronic transactions framework
The service operates under Senegalese law applicable to commerce and electronic transactions, including Law No. 2008-08 of January 25, 2008 on electronic transactions, without prejudice to other mandatory rules that may apply.
Hosting and technical providers
SNADdirect’s application infrastructure is hosted on Railway. Other technical providers may be used only for functions required to operate the service, including communications, audience measurement, notifications and, when enabled, payments.
Intellectual property
SNADdirect’s own text, interfaces, graphics, databases, trademarks and content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party product trademarks and visuals remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
SNAD seeks to keep published information accurate. Availability, pricing, lead times and commercial characteristics may nevertheless change. Information in a validated order and commercial documents issued by SNAD prevails over information that has become outdated.
Applicable law and disputes
The service is operated in Senegal and is governed by Senegalese law and applicable mandatory rules. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution by contacting customer service before proceedings before the competent courts.
